These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mixologya Guide mobile application and the mixologyaguide.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Mixologya Ltd ("Mixologya", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mixologya Guide helps users discover cocktail bars and bar-hosted events, and to filter results based on personal preferences such as service style, atmosphere, and drink selection. Listings and event information are provided for informational purposes and are updated on a best-effort basis.

You must be old enough to lawfully consume or be present around alcohol-related content in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

If the Service allows you to submit content (such as photos, reviews, or profile information), you retain ownership of it, but you grant Mixologya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content in order to operate and improve the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any content you provide.

Mixologya Guide provides information about independent, third-party bars and events. We do not own or operate these venues, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any venue, event, product, or service you encounter through the Service. Your interactions with bars and venues are solely between you and that venue.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, text, and underlying software, is owned by Mixologya Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any bar, event, or listing information is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixologya Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
